The home is located on a quiet street nicely centered between Rio Del Mar Beach and Seascape Golf Course.

No fishing allowed but you can watch and feed the Koi
The furnished room has both an old feeling of past years but also has today's necessities.
There isn't an oven in the unit but it does have a microwave, 3 hot plates and a toaster oven.
Though it is only 396 sq. ft. there is plenty of room to enjoy this quaint room. It has everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
